Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping & Returns

Return Window

  • 30 days from purchase: You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

  • 14-day legal right of withdrawal: Under EU law, you may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Online (fastest): Log in → Order History → Return an Item and follow the prompts.

  2. Email: Contact us at info@electron.com.cy with:

    • Order number

    • Purchase date

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return (optional within the 14-day withdrawal period)

  3. Phone: Call us at +357 99077469 (Mon–Fri business hours). We’ll create a Return Authorization (RA) for you.

Pack & Ship

  • Repack the item in its original packaging (or a sturdy equivalent), including all accessories, manuals, and freebies.

  • Drop off the parcel at your nearest GAP AKIS Express. Return instructions and label will be provided by email when you create your request.

Return Receipt & Inspection

  • Once the courier registers pickup, we’ll email you an acknowledgment of receipt.

  • After the item arrives, we’ll inspect it within 14 days and confirm your refund or exchange eligibility.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item or proof of return shipment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Exchanges: Ship once your return is approved and stock availability is confirmed.

  • If the return is due to defect/DOA or our error, return shipping is free.

Conditions & Exclusions

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In as-new condition, with no signs of misuse or damage.

  • With all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Non-returnable items (unless faulty on arrival):

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Software or digital downloads once activated/unsealed

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., earphones) if opened

  • Consumables (e.g., printer ink/toner) once opened

Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: You may either pay the courier directly, or if we arrange the return, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Defective/incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
